In academia, as elsewhere, one significant change concerns how we communicate our research to each other, especially so when it comes to conferences &#8211; many conferences moved from in person formats to online formats. With this guide, we want to offer a guide to organising hybrid conferences, combining the two aspects. There are two versions of the guide, a detailed version guiding conference organisers from start to finish and a shorter version for seasoned organisers. Furthermore, both versions are available as PDF and as a text-to-speech optimised word file.
