Dr Lucy Fife Donaldson had two video essays included in the list, chosen by video essayists, scholars and curators from around the world. Included were an audiovisual essay on the colour designs of George Hoyningen-Huene, ‘Isn’t that going to be awfully dull and drab?? George Hoyningen-Huene’s use of neutrals’, which was published in [in]Transition: Journal of Videographic Film & Moving Image Studies and draws on research funded by the British Academy, and a video exploring ASMR foley, ‘’ which was made for a workshop on foley sound at the University of Oxford and is part of an ongoing collaborative project with sound designer Julie Rose Bower.
