Cinema Politica
mobilises film to support a local culture of solidarity and political engagement. The aim is to connect ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø with the rest of the world by fostering collaborative screenings across university departments and student societies and with community organisations in ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, Fife, and the larger Scotland area.
The Cinema Politica database offers films on a wide variety of themes, including anti-colonialism; feminist, queer, and trans activism; anti-racism; environmental collapse; cultural and political resistance; urban, rural, and labour precarity; global fascism; and the violence of border regimes, among others.
