How to find processes
From the Processes page in , use the search and filter tools at the top of the page.
You can:
- use search to look for a process name or keyword
- use filters to narrow results by owner, status or tags
- change the display to make results easier to scan
Why search and filters matter
As more processes are added, lists get longer. Search helps you avoid scrolling. Filters help you focus on the processes you need. Tags group related processes together. Tagging processes by School, Unit or Project makes it easier to find all processes linked to a specific team.
Tips for finding the right processes
Use clear, consistent names so processes are easy to search. Always add the correct School, Unit or Project tag. If results look wrong or you can see something is missing, clear all filters and try again.
