What is Ardoq ShiftX
Ardoq ShiftX is a tool used to map processes step by step. It shows what happens, who is involved, and which systems are used. You don't need specialist skills to use it.
Who can request access
Any member of staff who needs to view or work on processes can request access. This includes people who create processes, update them, or use them to improve how work is done.
How to request access
You can request access in one of these ways:
- raise a support request through a new call in Unidesk
- email ent-architecture@st-andrews.ac.uk
Include your name, your role, and why you need access. This helps make sure you get the right level of access.
What happens if you do not have an Ardoq account
You need an Ardoq account to use ShiftX. If you do not already have one, you will be sent an email invite. You must accept this before you can use ShiftX.
How to access Ardoq ShiftX
Once you have access, you can open ShiftX in two ways:
- go directly to
- open and select ShiftX from the menu
- access using the process map link provided
