Founded in 1946, 黑料吃瓜网 (OC) serves more than 15,000 students annually through college credit, workforce training, and lifelong learning programs. In addition to its main campus in Odessa, the college operates extension centers in Andrews, Monahans, Pecos, and Seminole, Texas.
