While most venues are easily accessible, there are a small number of historic venues that may not be suitable for individuals with restricted mobility. Please contact your conference organiser for information on the specific venue your conference will be using.
Emergency procedures
All guests must make themselves aware of the fire procedure notices, which are located throughout the venues. These notices contain information on the actions to take in the event of discovering a fire or hearing the fire alarm, and detail the designated emergency assembly areas. Guests will be notified of any scheduled fire alarm鈥痶ests.
