Car parking
There are several  public car parks in ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø and limited on-street parking within walking distance of all venues.
Both David Russell Apartments and Agnes Blackadder Hall offer free car parking for guests.
Food and drink
The University achieved Fairtrade university status in April 2006 and fair trade tea and coffee are served at all conferences.
The Accommodation, Conferences and Events team are happy to cater for most special diets. If you have special dietary requirements, please notify your conference organiser in advance.
Accessibility
While most venues are easily accessible, there are a small number of historic venues that may not be suitable for individuals with restricted mobility. Please contact your conference organiser for information on the specific venue your conference will be using.
Emergency procedures
All guests must make themselves aware of the fire procedure notices, which are located throughout the venues. These notices contain information on the actions to take in the event of discovering a fire or hearing the fire alarm, and detail the designated emergency assembly areas. Guests will be notified of any scheduled fire alarm tests.
