Research areas
Sabina Keston-Siebert is a Professor of Management in the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow. Her research is located within the broad areas of human resource management and organisational theory. Specifically, she researches organisational trust and trust repair, institutional change, and management of the professions. Her projects span various disciplines, including healthcare, sociology, anthropology, and arts and humanities.
Sabina’s recent projects include researching organisational spaces in the Scottish Parliament, based on a joint Academic Fellowship of the Scottish Parliament with Professor Kevin Orr, and trust in the patent attorney profession.
In other recent research, Sabina studied the careers of secret agents, a project funded by the British Academy that resulted in a book, .
