Resilient Learning Communities

Resilient Learning Communities was the 2020-23 sector-wide Enhancement Theme. This Theme focused on meeting the changing needs and values of an increasingly diverse student community and a rapidly changing external environment.  Projects focused on conflict resolution and learning spaces.

Evidence-based Enhancement: Improving the Student Experience

The previous theme, 'Evidence-based Enhancement: Improving the Student Experience' ran for three academic years (2017 to 2020 inclusive).

ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø focused on the following areas:

  • Reflecting on what is regarded as evidence and how it is currently used to enhance the student experience.
  • Creating an environment to facilitate and encourage pedagogical research.
  • Using evidence to improve the postgraduate student experience.
  • Using evidence to improve the design of learning and teaching space.
  • Analysing student-led teaching awards data and optimising the use of this evidence.
  • Exploring the diversification of the University's demographic.
