Academic Induction
Leaving home for the first time to become a student can be stressful - even more so when you are leaving your home country.
In order to help you settle in, and to help you navigate the various systems and procedures you will find at the University of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, IELLI offers two Academic Induction programmes.
These two-week courses are for any international student who holds an unconditional offer for an undergraduate course at the University of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø beginning in September. We have an established on-campus Academic Induction, and new for 2026, we now have an online Academic Induction too.
Both programmes have a strong focus on writing and presenting information in academic contexts, and will give you the chance to meet fellow students from other countries and territories, helping you make a positive start to both your social and academic lives.
